Curious to hear what others have used. I have some aluminum parts with some pitting I want to fill and repaint.. In particular they are a Jack Plate, Trim Tabs, and some seat brackets.. In the past I used All Metal on a pair of outdrives and was happy on how it held up. Any Ideas?

You can use that ultra fair on the surface if its sand blasted.

The K-Planes & jack plate I think are both powder coated. I do have sand blasting chamber at work I can use... All the surfaces are 95% good... Whats the consensus of what I should do?
1. sandblast the areas that are pitted. Fill. Primer with the Zinc Phosphate paint, Then Paint
or
2. Sand blast all parts to bare Aluminum and have powder coated
In the past on my Dad's Drives, I sent out and had them sand blasted and then I repainted them with single stage. It lasted a good while...
