Looking to have a swim platform powdercoated near Philadelphia or South Jersey,does anybody know of any good ones.

Pioneer metal finishing in Franklinville NJ (should be right around the corner from you.) They did the swim platform on my old 26' Velocity a few years ago. Turned out pretty nice.

Slingshot on the board has a powdercoating business. He did my swim platform years ago, good quality work.

I second DGM in philly. I used them a few years ago for chromeing and did an excellent job. I can dig up a number if you cant find it.
