Default 22' DAYTONA tunnel extenders?

I have a 22' Daytona, small guy around here, the boat has about 750hp and a bravo drive. The boat runs about 110mph right now at about 6,000 rpm. My question is would tunnel extenders be any benefit to me? There is the same boat in the classifieds right now with the extenders, was wondering if they would hurt or help me?

I made my tunnel tabs for my 22 Daytona they work great. Your boat will run extremely flat on the big end you wont be sorry. What prop and gear ratio are you running?

Might just stuff it if you're not careful.

Steve from rpm boats use to own a 22ft daytona.he added spray rails in the tunnels and flatten the center pod a little. He said it was amazing how much faster accleration was and the boat pick up with a couple of mph up top..Im doing the mods as we speak. It will be awhile before i have have results though.Im redoing the whole boat and it probley wont be ready until end of summer. I cant wait though since Steve designed and builds one of the fastest single cats out there.

I also forgot to mention i also run tunnel tabs .I would not own the boat with out them. They make it real nice when crusing in ruff water stopping the nose from popping up.

thanks guys for you posts. I believe i am running 1.5 ratio i have not had the drive open (or counted) since i got the boat. only had it a year now. The prop is a 32p 4blade that looks like it was custom made, i would assume, the guy i bought it from went all out when he first got it and took it to a professional for all the motor, steering, exhaust, and upgrades all at once. he didn't even really know what he had to be honest. The boat now rides great don't know if i need the tabs for comfort. was more concerned about how it would do on the big end with them.
