Default Baja 420ES

I have aquired a neglected BAJA 420ES and we're right in the middle of a re-power. We are looking for owners manuals and more specifically wiring diagrams for this particular boat. Does ANYONE have one of these manuals or know of a good source. Baja says that they do not have any doccumentation from the early 90's on file.. HELP!! (Please

There really is no such thing on these boats. Only thing you may find is a Mercusier shop manual. The rest you really have to figure out.

Really don't think you are going to find anything specific.

Wonder if that is the red 420 that was shipped to Hawaii back in 2005? You might be able to track down the previous owner and see if he has anything or knowledge of the boat...worth a shot. He posted over at another site when he shipped his Baja from the Mainland....maybe he is still a member on that forum.

Good luck and have fun with it over there.

AZ Boater, Yes, It is the red one. was moored in Hawaii Kai several years back. The boat was in really bad shape when we got it. I have been working on it for 4+ years. Was full of water and termites had taken over the engine compartment. Had it tented, gutted it and are still in the middle of rebuild.. New stringers, engines and replaced some core material bow to stern. I contacted BAJA about manuals or builders data sheets. They have nothing on that boat except a hull mold. They say all info on that era of boats was lost due to multiple company ownership changes. Engines are going in this week.. Can't wait to fire em up..

I'm so glad to hear that you are saving her. It really is a shame what becomes of so many boats here. My storage lot at Fort Shafter is full of junk boats that are uncovered, full of water, no drives....etc. Sad, really. This island has so much potential, but the recreational boating industry is a mess here.

Good luck with the refurb. Can't wait to hear about the motors.
