Default Stainless Prop for a 26' Donzi ZX

Hello all,

I need the experts out there to help me out....I'm looking for a 4 Blade prop for a 26' 2001 Donzi ZX.

She has a 502 Mag MPI for power and of course it's a Bravo I outdrive.

Any input would really help. Obviously, I'm looking for a used one...

Thanks All!

What do you have now? I'd say start with a 24 or a 26 and make sure you hit your max on the RPMs which I believe with that motor is 5200. 26 could be a bit tall, I'd start with a 24 stock Bravo.

I had a 28 Nordic with a 496 which is similar power/size and the 26 was too big for it.

Hi Indy, That's just it. I don't have a prop for the outdrive at all. I was hoping someone out there might have an extra Prop I could buy, if it was the OEM fit. Thanks!

Look up B-Blades or one of the other prop companys, They will send you props to try until you find the right one. Or Ebay, I have bought some smokin prop deals there.

The guys at BBlades are great... they are currently working on my prop.

You can give them all the information ie; current max RPM, max speed and if you could figure out your x-dimension they can dial you in and like fastdonzi said they have a loaner prop program for testing.

Stock prop, 23" Revolution4. Labbed prop 24" Bravo1. Shoot for about 5000-5100 rpms @ about 64-66 mph.

And yes, Brett at Bblades is very helpful and he knows hes stuff.

just find a used unmodified 24p bravo to get started, that may be the right prop or close to it. You can try to ask on the donzi forums to see what other people are using on the same boat.

Thanks everyone. I called Donzi Today and they said the right prop is a 15.25 with a 24p. Only thing now is I have to make sure its a RH drive before I go hunting for one. I'll also check out BBlades. Perhaps I can save a few coins.

you can buy a new 24p bravo for $450 all day long just look in the classifieds. You can use a LH or RH you just have to swap the shift cable connection.
