Does anyone know the bushing to swivel pin clearance or tolerance? Can anyone measure a good or new swivel pin so I will know if I need to replace one or both of my s. pins......
both have different dimensions by a small amount, but how much is too much??? New pins are expensive, so I do not want to replace them if not needed.

How about a hint. What set up is it.

Bravo 1 swivel pin (gimble ring swivel pin) ... Sorry, but that is the only swivel pin on a boat I was aware of..... Sonic 30SS. My bad!

Well, I don't know if anyone else is interested....
but the stock swivel pin measures-
bushing surface 1.122"
square part for the gimble is 1.375"

Have you tried re-torquing them?? Most people never re-torque them as part of a maintance program. They get loose, then wear prematurely. I have been able to get them to tighten up a bit with a re-torque to spec.
