Square yards = gallons of resin

Square yards = gallons of resin
I keep either buying to much fiberglass resin or to little every time.
Does anyone have a formula just what is needed?
Like if you use 1-1/2oz mat it takes X amount of resin per square yard or 4oz cloth takes this much resin.
any help .... please?
