Default Repowering 29' Scarab help

A friend of mine bought a 29' Scarab that he wants to repower, the boat has mismatched 350 Chevy small blocks in it right now, one of the is blown and one is going into his 21' boat.

He wants to purchase two 350 Mag marine motors 300-350hp - nothing crazy just good reliable marine smallblocks. Can anyone recommend a good builder, or shop that sells something like this in the south east?

Thanks
