I'm right with ya Baja Daze. Reading all the posts makes me want to upgrade as well. That idea is always on the back burner, but I'll be waiting for another 3yrs before I can upgrade.

Dave, I am considering selling my 29. It is a 2000 bought new in 2001 from DSM. It has 454 mags with 67 hrs, full hydraulic steering, transom shower, K planes, fresh water flush in the engine compartment, SST package, triple axle trailer with brake flush, a full mooring cover, cockpit cover, capt's call, an upgraded stereo system with 2 300w 4 way 6x9's---2 200w 6.5's--a 12 450w sub, and 2 amps. It is loaded. I took a tour of the Baja factory over the winter with Jack Ebersole and we checked the production # of my boat, it was made after the stringer problem had been corrected. The correction was made during the 2000 model year. It is a great boat. Few boats in this size handle rough water as well. The 29 Outlaw makes short work of Havasu or Mead chop. I am in Canyon Lake about 45 miles from you, call me if you would like to see it. You would save several thousand dollars over a new one. Carl (909)551-3692
