I've ask it before and so have other members on here . How in the world were there so many Panteras made in 1979 ? Talk about another classic find !

i read somewhere that they were making 2 24's per week and one 28 every two weeks in 79.

it must be true as i read it on the internet.

nice find joe..does yours have the same seating arrangement..those are like a cross between sit down and stand up seats?
looks real clean - and in my price range

What would they be then... crouching seats?
Those are standard sitdown buckets.

Mine has Momo carbon fiber race seats in the front and a one off 3 person carbon fiber rear seat . If the vintage look is what someone likes the'll hate my boat . I went the complete oppisit direction and went 79/2020

old vintage is classy if you have grey hair and some short swim trunks...lol

hope the seller can works out some issues w/ the 28 i been dealing with. said he took it out over the weekend and was coughin/sputter below 3k rpm..but above ran fine..he doesnt want me to drive 7hrs unless the boat is performing as it should. i respect that. so pending his time schedule, maybe next weekend..might need to get w you for some ideas to help freshin interior and graphics

Ya he'll have that thing decked out in green rub rails, tabs, drive in no time which is great.....if thats ya`lls thang
