Not only that but the ilmor motors are better on gas then comparable V8's and even less powerful V8s lol... which is funny considering in the cars the Viper guzzles fuel vs the V8s.

I have not met Ted but have had plenty of contact with him on the Donzi forums. This is not the first outrageous 22C that he has built but is definitely the best. He is a little secretive but has stated that this boat is 100% dialed in. It does run over 100 mph. IMO this is the nicest Donzi 22C in the world! The buy it now price is a steal and I think the only reason it isn't sold is the difficulty of financing a used boat. Ted used to be the test driver for Donzi Marine BTW.
