Post pictures of your exhaust manifold bracing
A friend has a Ford small block with aluminum exhaust manifolds. There is only one bolt per exhaust port. He has been plagued with leaks. I mentioned I had read here about bracing the two manifolds together. Would like to see some pics of what you have co em up with.
