hey guys I was wanting some input on daytona icc boats. I've been looking at the 27, 28, 30 and 33 foot . I'm thinking my budget will be more around the 27 but there are some great buys on the bigger boats. my main question is how is it for a family boat? I'll be selling my 29 outlaw which has a great swim platform on the back and makes it real nice for getting in and out with kids. Aso how do you think a 27 will fill in size compared to my 29 v? Any other advice would be great.

twin engine boat will be easier to get in and out of. I went from a 25 to my 30 and the wife comment the first time getting into the boat it was easier. a 27 is going to feel small compared to the 29 v. the 28 or 30 cat would be a better fit as they are wider and make better use of the space.

On twin engine boat make sure you have a trim tab in the middle. Then you can first step on the tab to pull you up to the swim platform.

27-28 are the most popular by far...single 800 Teague will run 120 with ease...
My favorite layout...27' with open bow and walk-off front end...this one w/ICC's

27' with the low-profile windscreens...
