Default Companionway Light

Has anyone found a suitable replacement for the companionway lights on a 257? They measure 2 1/4 so I ordered what they called 2 1/4 from West Marine, and they aren't even close to the size of what's already in place.

Try a flush mount LED that is slightly bigger. You will have to tweak the hole a bit but it will be a much better light.

As always, I don't know how I would get by without this forum. Thanks a ton for the info. I just ordered new lights. They were only 3 something a piece. Anybody know by chance who made the port lights or where I can get the little latches to keep them closed? I also could use a new plastic window on one as it is cracked.

Has anyone replaced these fixtures with new LED's? Can you let me know where you got them and how it turned out? I want to replace the whole unit not just the bulb.
