I was planning on deducting the entire cost of my dually as a 179 but my accountant says the limit is 25k. I interpret that the 25k only applies to SUV's and not trucks that are over 6000 lbs and have a bed over 6 ft. Is it time for a new accountant?

You are correct. The only other issue is you can not take section 179 to put your business in a loss. Sounds like you are not using a CPA
