What year? New style interior? Hydraulic or electric drop out? Only way I could get mine off was to remove the entire bolster! Quite a bit of work really to get it all out.

How I removed the bolster was removing all the nuts in the side wall by going up thru plexi glass fold down doors, unbolting the bottom frame & unbolting the top & bottom half of the seat.

I pulled the whole seat towards the middle of the boat unhooked the wires for the electric switch & the top half of the seat comes off! Also i just pushed the bottom half of the seat back against the wall & let hang there like that until i reinstalled the top half. Didnt feel like messing w/ the hydraulic lines. Then I just took the whole top section to the upholster & let him do the rest....

Pretty much have to remove the bolster from the frame. The headreat bolts are almost impossible to get to with the frame up inside.

Saying that, can you take the head rests off without removing the upholstery from the rest of the seat? The rest of my seats look fine.
