Default Anyone know a great, reputable drive guy?

I'm tired of being f***d over and screwed around. I've had one drive "rebuilt" this year, and after the first man sent it back leaking fluid before it was ever in the water, I had the drive resealed and tested by another, only to have it last for a total of 1.5 hours. I need someone good, not just someone that works on drives, but someone with a good reputation, that's fair, and cares for stuff as if it's their own. I'm willing to drive.

I do not have a referral for you,but I feel your pain. I'm looking for someone to make my 454 mpi right. Everything new in the motor and can"t get WOT RPM 4600. According to my wrench guy, his computer says eveything is the way it is suppose to be be. Funny though, the Tach only shows 4100 RPM and 51MPH on GPS. Guys at Formula tell me it should run high 50's at 4600 RPM. So if you find someone good, honest, and reputable let me know. It's very frustrating to keep throwing money at this thing with no results.

Gadgets seems to have a good reputation but I have no experience. MDG hooked me up with some parts awhile ago and treated me right, I found him through some uper bay guys that referred him. In central VA I have a buddy that has been building drives for awhile but it's a "side job" for him. (He would tear mine and many others down every year for inspections so we often caught problems before they were serious)

There's a guy in Stafford that works on my buddie's Sonic. Johnny Revis... I've never delt with him other than a beer at Fairview, but I've only heard good things about him.

PM me if you want, or Nolan K next door to your shop can get in touch with me. (I used to work with him)
