Default Installing new Zero Effort throttles?????

So I removed my old school Morse shifter/throttle all in ones. Installed my Zero efforts and now have a problem. When I push the throttles down my carbs are fully open before the throttle reaches its halfway point. So my question is where are you guys hooking up to your carb so the ratio is a little less drastic? Is there a different linkage adapter I need to buy for my carb? I guess I can drill and tap another hole for a bolt to go through. Just really didn't want to hack it up to bad.

Carbs are 4150 style.

There should also be different pivot points on the throttle/controls to adjust this.

No, mine has a permanent stud where the hole is at the lower right.
And it appears that where the hole is next to the thumb that it is bushed. I have a 0.50"+ hole there. I will make up some busings in the lathe later and mount a stud there and check the travel.

Griff I can't see any other pivot points. Mine is the same style as this pic.
