What is that long skinny bracket coming off the right side of the pic? Where does that go ? Maybe I need that.

That goes under the balancer to the right hand side of the balancer. It uses the same bolt on the block as the Alternator tensioner bracket.

I have searched and searched for the last 6 months and most are going for $300 used without any brackets. Buy it and re-list or keep as a spare. Fantastic deal! It even has the pulley.
