Default How often to change oil (be good with math)

If I average 50 mph with all of my boating how many hours before i hit 3000 miles. (this is not a joke) I would ask tbone but I talked to his tutor and she already informed me he is an Idiot. and that was sugarcoating it.

I think there is an important variabe left out though. Who drives their cars around at a constant 3-5K rpms?

I know this will not be exact but at an average of 50mph how long would it take to go 3000 miles?

My best calculation is 60 hours is this right?

You are right...If you average 50 miles per hour for 60 hours, you will travel 3000 miles.. (50x60 = 3000)

Work it the other way. Take a motor home and lash a tanker truck behind it. Run it up to about 3500 RPM and drag it up Pikes Peak for about 50 hours and see what your oil does. Oh, make sure your engine is a little loose and jetted real fat.

Check out Timex new watch- speed and distance. It is with gps and shows mph and will display miles traveled. for under $200. All on your wrist. Check out their web site or ebay.
