2000 hp500 oil and fuel question

what weight oil do you guys use in a 2000 500hp carb engine??
just weight dont care to know what brand..

what octane fuel 87...89...93????

She was designed to run 87 o . I use 50 wt. oil .

I always ran my 2000 hp500 on 87. There was always a little more soot on the transom when I ran premium.
