Default Will this work? 871 with stock Serpentine Setup

This winter I'm planning on breaking apart the 502MPI and rebuilding to handle an 871 or 671 I love the serpentine setup and want to keep it but get rid of all the fuel injection. Do they make a lower blower pulley to work with my serpentine setup? Once again, thanks guys for your help.

You won't be driving the blower with a serpentine belt or at least not for very long anyway . Not unless you go with a whipple .To much slippage and it will just burn the belt off .

Yes the Blower Shop has them. I kept my 575 serpentine set up with the 8mm blower belt. The serp pulley goes on first then the 8mm blower pulley bolts to it. Kit comes with both sets of bolts required. Great set up.

Yes you can do it. You will have to change your lower pulley but it will certianly work.

CpPerformance has a really nice serpentine crank pulley that accepts an 8mm blower pulley. They use it on their serpentine kit. It has the same offset as your existing pulley.

When you have it down, don't forget to double key the crank and balancer. You really should also add 3 more bolts to the balancer so that you are driving everything with 6 bolts. The blower pulley will have 6 bolts, but your current serpentine pulley only bolts up with 3 bolts. Those 3 will be driving both the accessories and the blower.

Let me know if I can help. Good luck.
