Learning more how nice Powerquest boats are!
Just purchased a beautiful 94 290 Enticer last month with the twin 7.4 mercs., and what a great boat!!! I didnt realise how nice it handles in a light chop, its ease of trailering, excellent loading with its custom trailer, and the 7.4 mercs push the boat around with ease.
I seems like such an easy boat to manage in general.
I also have a 34 Scarab 3 with the same exact motors and the Powerquest definitely is more user friendly loading, docking and maneuvering.
The vintage striping and colors leave a bit to be desired , but the boat build quality is great, feels right! and rides like a dream!
Here is a pic from the listing of the 290.

Your learning exactly what I experienced for the first time back in 2007. The build quality is outstanding! Great ride and styling...I honestly think its one of the best values out there in a used boat--bar none! Congrats on your new purchase.

Glad to see you like your newly aquired Powerquest. I am on my second one. They are great boats. My 1999 Silencer had some of the colors on your boat. It is amazing to me how many boats out there from about 1990 to 2000 have Teal, Purple, and/or Pink. I think for a while someone forgot that Red, Black, Blue, and Silver were good colors too!!!
