I'm considering 28 cleavers 15 inch but nor sure if its too much. The left engine is sitting on the limiter at 7200 w 24 lightning ets but right engine only getting 6600 w the same 24. Think it needs some work.

If your bumping the limiter, get them pitched higher.
I run 28 coppers on my Awesomecat at 6500 rpms.
You need alot of head wind to get her to air out.
Mine is dead in the water without a good wind.
But, the choppers are the way to go
Engine height is very important.
High as possible without losing water pressure.
I run transom pick ups which is the best way to keep your water pressure. Also have low water pick up "both"
Just me 2 cents
