Default Leukemia Run Chesapeake Bay June 23-24

Come join us for the 15th Annual Leukemia/Lymphoma Society Powerboat Poker Run on June 23-24, 2012. This is the first Leukemia Society Poker Run and still one of the best. We will hold this run on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay with great food, great stops, and a lot of good people. All proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and there are ways to win free entry for fundraising. Below you should find an itinerary and details for fund raising, please feel free to e-mail or PM me with any questions.

NOTE- Although the CBPBA supports this event, it is not an official event so you do not need to be a member to join us. Hopefully after enjoying a great weekend you'll decide to join and spend some more good times with us all summer long!

Hope to see you there to support this great cause!

I generally cruise @ 50-60 during poker runs.... but there will be all types of boats there that will be running between 25-100 mph. Come on down, we're going to have a great time!!!!

The run is designed in a way that slow boats can come along to the major stops and enjoy time with everyone. There are also extra runs for the fast boats, but no one has to do those. There are pools at the last stop Saturday and the Sunday finale and the Lowes stop has a sandy beach and toys for kids. it should be a great time regardless of how fast (or slow) you want to run.

A lot of the cruiser boats will often run together in the 40mph range . I have done this run before in my center console and had a blast . I am signed up now and look forward to this every year . Mark always does this first class . Special thanks to Mark and Jimmy for putting on this great charity fund raising event .
