Thumbs up Custom Marine Carpet

Thought I would pass on a good experience I recently had with Custom Marine Carpet in Niles Michigan. This past winter I ordered a custom cockpit insert from these guys. They designed and built a custom insert to match our boat graphics. Turned out great just one problem my template was off so it didn't fit just right.

Called the owner and told him the issue he didn't hesitate, offered a call tag for pick up and a full refund.

In this day and age when customer service has reached an all time low these guys get major kudos. I highly recommend these guys.

Thanks John! I will use your template this time.

Pics?

Also, what's a ballpark on price (sans graphic)?

I've been meaning to do this for a while but keep finding other things to buy....

They did my whole sonic last year. Cuddy, bathroom, and cabin... Snap in style was like $900. Has held up great so far. Machine washed it a few times on soak cycle

They're doing carpet for me right now. I sent them my old one to use for the template. I have heard nothing but good about them so far...can't wait to get it back.

I agree Custom Marine carpet is a great company and has decent carpet....Just to add another possibility check out Corinthian Marine carpet. They have slightly better carpet but a much better rubber backing called Aquamat... comes with a warranty too........But they are more expensive http://www.corinthian-marine-carpet....at-carpet.html

I just ordered a new cockpit carpet from them. They were very helpful and easy to deal with so far.

Purchased cockpit carpeting thru Corithian and a few personnalized matts thru Custom. Both where exact same carpet and backing.

Custom Marine carpet uses Syntec carpet which has the black pebble backing and Shaw carpet which has the nuwave backing. Corrinthian is the manufacturer of the aqua loc backed carpet and sells certain colors to Custom Marine carpet to round out there color selection..........crazy stuff I know
