Can anyone run this VIN, I was going to buy this trailer as a shed but it's in better shape and I would like to look into registering it. It was apparently obtained by a guy not paying his bill over the course of a few years. The guy then sold it to his friend who has been using it as a shed and is selling it as such. Can anyone run this vin to see that it is not stolen or anything before I give him any more cash?

It's a 99 Wells Cargo 8ft x 20ft trailer enclosed trailer.
