Default Mufflers and Tailpipes?

Just picked up a couple sets of Stellings (Grey-Blue) for my 502s and Gaffrig 1100 series air actuated mufflers. Question #1 best recommended place to order custom tailpipes for the headers to make it out the transom? #2 best way to run plumbing for air actuated mufflers (current setup 502 MPI corsa silent choice)? Any pics of air actuated mufflers and plumbing would be greatly appreciated!!!

There is a transom pic in my garage here http://midwestboatparty.com/forum/ga..._vehicle&id=10

They are coming off the boat next week though. I got a ticket for noise last weekend 106db with them closed....Gibson bullets going on..

Thanks for the pics....exactly what I am looking for.....what kind of tailpipes are you running? Been researching CMI and Stainless Marine for building the tails. What engine package are you running and how are the Bmax drives holding up? Are the switchable just not providing enough reduction?

I have Stelling headers and tailpipes. They are dry to about 3" before the mufflers. The switchables are CMI's. I was way over the 90db LOTO limit. I got ticketed last week, tested 106db with the CMI's closed. I have 607cid N.A. 750hp. The Bmaxs are fairly fresh with Bravo Shop updates. They have been holding up well.

Thanks for the info really helps! Looks like going with CMI, more than likely ordering later this summer since so many mods have to happen to get them on.

If anyone has more pics of headers with the mufflers and setup both bilge and transom that would be great.

I could be selling my CMI set up, we'll see how the Gibsons work. They are 4 1/2" though, I'll need to do a little polishing to make them shine.

Waiting on the arrival of the mufflers......Gaffrig states 12-17 dec. reduction..... We shall see.

Awesome setup, what kind of speeds are you reaching with the N/A.

The 38 PP is kown more for its ride and wave crushing ability than speed... I've seen 92, but different props would probably yield me a couple more.
