Hey guys I am on my second season with this motor it is 11 years old and I got it with only 67 hours! here is a list of what I did right after the purchase last year.

1) Replaced spark plugs
2) Replaced both Manifolds, risers, & gaskets
3) Replaced IAC valve due to stalling problem fixed
4) changed engine oil and filter- clean no milk in it
5) Installed new fuel filter
6) Changed drive lube
7) Greased the fitting on the Bravo drive I take it it is there for the U joint.
8) Greased all cables levers

It is in great condition barely showing any rust or wear I spray it after every use with liquid wrench anti-corrosive. All pumps are working fine engine temps stay at a constant 175 degrees even under hard runs. I do realize that it is getting old and it now has 135 hours on it so I want to see if there is any other service anyone could recommend to keep it running good and reliable.

This season I have:
1) Changed engine oil and filter- still free of milk
2) Changed Drive lube
3) Installed new fuel filter
4) Greased the U joint fitting in the Bravo drive

I do not winterize since I run it year round at least once a week and on hard freezes I keep my shop light in the engine compartment to keep her warm.

I don't know how much longer the components will last like the water pumps, Bravo drive seals, engine head gaskets failing due to corrosion. My plan is to catch everything early to avoid total failures. What do you guys think?
