Default SONIC OEM parts (ie hatch actuators, door lock)? where to purchase

Every year i convince myself in the fall that I will purchase those small malfunctioning pieces on whatever I may own then spring comes and I'm in a rush to put it in the water. Long story short I looked on Sonics website and have not found a good source to purchase small parts that have become part of my multiple page punch list. Looking for replacement actuators for hatches, lock for cabin door, etc. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to find parts like this. If only it was as easy as an online illustrated parts breakdown? Thanks for the help in advance.

For the most part, you should be able to buy what you need directly from Sonic. Call and ask for Bruce.

i've left messages for Bruce for 2 yrs now. Cant get a return call. they promise me a return call, but it never happens. all i ask for is a manufacturer name of the cabinet door latch/catches. It sucks that I have a broken part, and i'm willing to pay for a new one, and cannot get help. I have a cabinet door taped shut right now so its not swinging open/closed while running....and want to make it right.

2 years of calls every 2 months, and still no return call.

That's a shame they're not helping their customer base. I guess it's been longer than 2 years since I needed parts. When I called, Bruce actually answered.

i was affraid contacting Sonic might be the only way. I've heard stories that it was going to be tough. Just looking for alternative ideas? Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I beleive that Bruce and lollie went semi retired when frisni got involved with the deal. I was emailing and contacting them fairly easily in early 2011. Below is the last email addresses I used to contact the 2 of them. Lollie was always the quickest to respond. She could usually yell at Bruce and get me an answer.
