Default Fuel pump on seawater pump, rebuild or replace options?

Got one leaking, wondering if they are rebuildable and if so where to get a kit. If not, what is the best replacement product and the best/cheapest place to get it.

I can tell you the best, that is 100% rebuild able, but not the cheapest. Call CV Products, in Thomasville, NC. They make a billet pump for the merc mount you are looking for. This pump will not leak back into the housing and fuel dilute the lube, the diaphams, and check valves are all replaceable.

Ouch, for 500 bucks they should be the best. Those are not in the budget right now.

If you are talking about replacing the bearings and seals its an hour job. I have rebuilt 3 of them in the past two weeks.
Bearings and Seals were $35.

I can post the part #s if you want.

If its not too much trouble, I would appreciate it. Haven't torn it apart yet but it seems to be leaking at the seal between the pump head and the top half(arm/diaphram assembly). Have not checked the gear lube in the raw water pump yet either to see if it is leaking past the diaphram. Just showed up on first start up after the winter, pretty obvious when you smell gas and see it dripping out of the pump.

CV pump + 100. I just got 2 in for a pair of N/A motors and they are beyond nice.....1st class all the way. If you can possibly swing it (they are pricey) it will be the last fuel pump you buy. They are rebuildable AND you can switch out the arm and use it on as block mount if you switched over.
