Default Gel-coat/painting keel?

Thinking of buying a 30' Scarab Sport and want to put a new gel coat on. How in the world do you do the keel considering it is either on a trailer or a rack?

yep, just hafta shore it up or lay it over on one side and do one side at a time. Its a very labor intensive process.

Appreciate it guys. Moving it around on the blocks was the only way I could figure to do it but thought there might be another "professional" way. Guess you just try to keep the number of supporting stands or blocks to a minimum while maintaining safety then move the boat a little to do those small spots. Rolling that big SOB over on it's side is out of the question, never forgive myself if I rolled it all the way over and put the T-top through the hull Can't be good for it to lay on it's side anyway, can it?

Sometimes if you tickle them in the belly just right, they'll roll over all by themselves.

it isn't like hull sides. a visible edge where one batch dried later is really only visible to the fish...
