Can anyone tell me what acceptable oil pressure would be through all ranges of operation on a fresh HP 500.

General rule of thumb
10 psi for every 1000 rpm but I personally wouldnt want it any less than 20 at an idle

A fresh engine should have about 20-30psi at idle and 50-65psi at WOT.
