I just got back last night with my new 565ci for my 24 outlaw. I am know trying to figure out what prop to start with. I know my 21p rev4 isn't going to work.
On a side note does anyone have diagrams pics for installing engine in the boat. I boat it without an engine and am going in blind and have never installed an engine in a boat.

5 blade on a stock bravo outdrive will eat that outdrive apart..esp if you get that prop out of the water alot. You better baby that boat out of the hole so you save the outdrive. I turn a 26 bravo on my 500 horse outlaw..but I have a raised x demension of 3 inches. I would try a 28 pitch bravo or a 30 pitch bravo.. BUT this all depends on what gear ratio you have on your outdrive is it a 1.36 or 1.50?

Sorry guys
Yes it is a stock bravo 1 with 1.5 gears and now a billet drive cap. The boat also has k planes and dual ram steering. I was talking with innovation marine yesterday and they were thinking a 28 mirage 4 blade. They also said to try and prop it for right at 53-5400.

They dont make a mirage 4 blade. Mirages are 3 blades..did you mean Mach? Be easy on that outdrive..dual rams are a good start and safety feature..You will start to get chine walk at about 70mph-76mph..You might run 76-78mph..I think..

My 89 23'5 Force has a 24 4 Blade prop. For size its probably like a 25 since in the 90's they started counting the molded swim platform. My motor dynoed at 629Hp, I personally think that number is a BS higher number and probably in the 500's Hp range . I spin it to 5600 with the 24 pitch and get a GPS 74Mph
For that Rpm and HP I would guess around a 28 pitch. Try one of the prop exchange programs.
