My friend just installed a new 468 carbed motor in his Hammer and replaced the old 330HP. It is the same power steering that was in the boat last year. Problem he is having is he is losing fluid and it is ending up in the bilge. It appears to be boiling it out. Has 2 coolers on it. Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

Make sure fluid is traveling through the coolers..sounds like one may be stopped up.

Worked fine on old motor last fall and boat was in heated storage all winter?
