What size props should I be running onmy 33 outlaw with 496mags?

What speeds are you seeing now & at what Rpms?

99' w/496's ( non mags)...... 23 mirage +'s.


( must be repowered because the 496's didnt come out til 01')

24 bravos or 23 mirages.... Lab and that'll change.

And I have a set of older style Mirage's that came on my 320 that are mild lab finished with the Baja cup added they worked awesome on my boat untill I raised the x up 3"!!!!

24 bravos are prolly to much!! when you go from 3 to 4's you usally step down 2 pitch sizes!!

I think the 3 blades are the better choice on Josh's boat he may increase his cruise speed but top end will prolly go backwards! Just my opinion!!!

My '99 came with 25 mirage +...even had baja stamped on them..454mags..... I hated the way they handled and went to a hydro 24.. The bravo1 24's also worked well.... Much better handling with 4 blades... It ran a solid 67 on gps with the hydros

Labbed 24 bravos,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,try 22 and 24's though you do have the mag ho right??

I am guessing he has the 375hp mags, not HO's...with HO's you will need either 26's or 28's..prob 26's though.

My 454 Mag EFI came w/ 26's. Still have them if anyone is interested. Running 30's now!!!
