hello all
I have a 454 w/ a 496 kit installed, Dart heads, lighting headers, topped with a dyer 671 blower. After running the boat for a hour or 2 and then allowing it sit at the dock for another hour and cool off. I get a small amount of fuel dripping off the back of the blower. Anyone ever heard of anything like this? I was told by a buddy it can be caused the the atomized fuel cooling off in the the blower and condensing back to liquid. I called dyer and was told I can reseal the back plate with the blower on the motor. Its just a machine surface with rtv. Next question has anyone ever pulled the back plate with the blower still on the motor before?
Thanks guys
Little problems driving me nuts!!
