Default Anyone heard of cougar race boats?

I was on craigslist UK... long story dont ask, and i came across a 'cougar race boat' for sale, looks like a cool hull does anyone know anything about them?

Nice, looks like the same kind of boat they used on Top Gear when they raced a bike,suv and a boat across London (i think it was London) i think the Stig also took a bus lol.

If i did my conversion right the 3790 euros = 4,749.68 USD sounds like a steal!!!

Yep only thing I know is they used one in that episode of Top Gear.

27 Cougar as stated ,build in the UK ,very narrow beam (thought 6 ft ),its a twin step ,made for outboard racing class overthere ,were they use 225 honda,s ,or 200xs merc,s ,lots of info on the net ,I like the design,and was thinking to put a nasty big block in one of these sometime ...
