Baja Owners in AZ, AR & NM?

Baja Owners in AZ, AR & NM?
OK, what is the deal down there? We have been doing business with many Baja owners over the last 4 years since Baja closed, but we have only got the shaft on three deals and they all were in the southwest.

Though I can appreciate the wanting to get even against these people, I would recommend editing your post. You are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in the way you have the information listed.
And these dirt bags most likely know how to play the system and even though they owe you money, they would win a court battle for their "rights" to the tone of $5K each. Sucks but it is the law.
I see this all the time with merchants that post bad checks in plain site by their registers, There is ways of reporting to the world their indiscretions with out violating their rights.... (note: take out the specific dollar amount)

The flip side to this XT is I paid you over the winter and you still have my boat in June.
Just f'n with ya....you're saving me a ton of gas money so far this season
