Default leak in the cabin

i have a 1997 24ft outlaw and have a leak in the cabin in the port side compartments and the bow any suggestion on how to trouble shoot and fix the problem

The leak on my old 24 Outlaw I had was from the front tie down. There is a hose attached to it so it drains to the back of the boat. It always filled up the front compartment everytime. Checked to see if the hose is there or not attached.

There was a big thread boy this problem. An 95% of answers came back to the cleats

I think another guy mentioned the rub rail was his problem. I'd definitely check cleats, too.
