I have a pair of fiberglass 4" tips with internal flaps that extend out the back 1 1/2" and inside boat 6" from flange. $30 plus shipping from 21009. Also have polished SS 4" tips that extend 3" and also 5" for $150 a pair plus shipping.

They are needed up at the motor , not at the transom , boat is straight inboards amid ship ,replacing the exhaust hose..
the 90's and the 2 tee's are cast iron

For $100 a piece I would lay up my own.
If you do the layup on the outside using 3" pvc, it would be about 3.5" OD before starting to glass. So you layup the initial tube with a couple layers of glass, then cut them to make/form the T. Then continue doing the layup until you get to the 4" OD that you are looking for.
Here is a pic of how I did something similar for rigging tube. I did two 3" tubes, and the upright one was 1.5" pvc. Just make sure you wax the PVC tube good, then all it takes is a few good whacks on the floor and it will slide right out.
