Boating in Gulf, off Boca Grande, FL, PHOTOS
#1
What a great Fathers day weekend. Sat morning our 16 year old son and I,
went boating, out in the Gulf of Mexico. Our final destination was a section of
beach, on the west side of Boca Grande, here in SW Florida.

Nice, Frank. The Gulf looks calm and inviting. A whole lot warmer than up here in CAN. I was on Georgian Bay a few days ago and the water temp was 55 deg. Brrrr. If we get into a patch of not so nice weather I will not hesitate to jump on a plane and pay a SW Florida visit. Enjoy your summer.

Water was high 80s-low 90s, Gulf flat as you can see,
Charlotte Harbor was blowing like crazy, on the way
back we were taking waves over the STBD bow and side.
I love this time of year!
