I am running a 26p bravo one 4blade with some nicks on the blades. Doesn't plane out very easily and runs a top speed of about 70mph at 4600rpm. Wondering if I should by the same prop or is there something better?

I would suggest Lab Finishing the propeller specific to your current results and the repair will be made at the same time.
Potential of 4900 rpm and 74 mph.

I have the same boat with the same power and I also run
a 26 Bravo and can see 75 mph almost any day. Are you trimming
up far enough? At 75 mph I am seeing about 5000-5200 rpm's.
