Default Anyone familiar with the ATTI GPS wiring?

I can't figure out what the blue wire goes to in the DC Direct Connect Cable for the GPS. I assume the red is positive and black is negative... so what is blue?

Nevermind. I finally found the instructions on their website.
Black - ground
Red - positive (hot when batteries are on, even if ignition is off)
Blue - positive (only hot when ignition is on so that the GPS can tell the boat is off)

So F1-00, I shouldn't wire it how they say? I shouldn't wire it so the blue is hot when the ignition is on?

When Frank set me up on both of my units, 1 of the wireless, 1 J2, he wrapped the blue out of the way and not hooked up. My best advice is to get with him at your next race and he can get it set up and calibrated for you before use.

Yeah. That's probably the best bet. The way the instructions worded it made it sound like if the blue wasn't getting power, it would assume the ignition was off and assume the vehicle wasn't moving. I'll wire it the way the instructions say and then talk to Frank at the next race we go to.

i believe he told me for reliability to tie the red and blue together and wire directly to the battery...i believe the blue wire is a "remote" wire so to speak....never had any problems thus far...knock on wood
