Take some better pictures and more pictures. Do you have a maintance history? Pics of engine bay, pics of cuddy. If your trying to sell online people far away need as many pics as possible and lots of detail. I think your price isnt to far out of line as long as you have a full maint history and what has been done to the motor as it has 450 hours on it is due for some work.

My buddy bought an original owner, very clean. 1996 Baja 236 w/trailer last May with the same engine/drive (350 hrs) out of LOTO,MO last year for 12500 on a 15k asking price.
I don't know if I'd drop the price or not. It always seems to lead a possible buyer to offering even less.
It's a good looking boat and should sell to a serious buyer in the low to mid teens.
What a shame your selling, I'd love to live in Austin and enjoy a nice boat like yours on Travis.

I'd say your price is inline. I stole mine when I got it last fall. One owner 98 Outlaw 24 se with 502. 214 hours on it came from Illinois original owner and paid 13k for it.
