Does anybody have a felpro head gasket number for a gen v 502. I cant get a straight answer from Jegs, they said five different ones.

Thanks but I was in the road to their store. My bore is stock I picked up a felpro 1047 marine. Do you guys see any problems with it? I could go back and pick up the other felpro in the morning.

1047 is the same gasket. In fact, take a close look at it... the gasket itself will probably have 17048 stamped on it.

You are the man cubic. Stamped on there just like you said, and I think it was 44.00 on sale. Beats the the other price for the same gasket strange. Time to get to work. Thanks guys.

Yep 1047 is the Fel Pro HP line part #. 17048 is the marine #... same gasket, different package. Just another example of getting dinged on the price because it says "marine".
