I'm in progress to install a Bravo 3 in my Formula 233, the Bravo 3 is used and came of a 24ft or 25ft Sea Ray, the props are 28" pitch (Bravo3 Props), the engine is a Mercruiser 330 Prop HP 454 MPI EFI that came off the same boat, the ratio is 1,81.
For my understanding the 28" pitch is way too much for this power/ weight. boat is approx 4000 pounds plus...
Is there any recomendation from you guys which pitch will be the right one, or to go for the Bravo 3 XR props, means 4 blade front and 3 blade rear prop?

Use the Mercruiser Prop Selector it will give you a good starting point. I have a set of nice 3x3 26p props used if you are interested.

thx for the info, the configurator tells me to use a 24" 4 blade prop, should spin at 4400 engine rpm

Test whatever you can as a starting point. Those baseline numbers will help you to make the final decision.
