i am trying to fins the powerboat magazine issue from 1989 that names the baja sport 250 the powerboat of the year. i have been looking off and on over the years and have not been able to track down anything on it.

I have also looked for it without any luck. The actual award sold on eBay a couple of years back, about the time the company was moved to fountain.

Sadly, I had to rescue those awards from the dumpster at BAJA when they were closing. Some were mint condition in the original boxes. I listed them on EBAY starting the auctions at something sillly like 13 cents just wanting them to go to a good home. You might want to try sending Dock Holiday a PM or email, he might just have it. He bought a bunch of that stuff for his collection.
