removing arp assembly lube from fibreglass??

Just fired motor up today after refreshen, don't know where it was but some of that moly lube crap got flung off a pulley or something and splattered on the fibreglass in engine bay, what can real nasty **** like that be cleaned off with without damaging the gelcoat, Smitty

If it is really ARP lube, it should come off with soap and water. Thats all I use to wash it off my hands. Simple Green, Fantastic etc should all wash it right off.
I would be real careful using brake cleaner on gel coat . . . the stuff we use at the shop is pretty strong and I would be afraid of it causing damage.

If it is really ARP lube, it should come off with soap and water. Thats all I use to wash it off my hands. Simple Green, Fantastic etc should all wash it right off.
