Best place to buy an oil cooler?

I need a new oil cooler for a 454, where should i buy it looking for the cheapest but not willing to sacrifice quality for cost.

Are the san juan engineering coolers any good?

Also what size should i consider for 450 horse 454?

Are these measured by the outside case or the bundle inside?

It has size on the link I posted to Mr. Cools page. It says overall size and bundle length.

I had a MRC CPH‐300 on ~425-450HP
I now have a MRC CPH‐550 on 600HP
